Basic Terms For July 2008 Special Offer

This special offer is for July 2008 only (see details). Work will be queued on a first come first served basis. Due to demand, work might not commence in July.

The bonus two free timber gates for the decking is available to the first five customers only. Otherwise they can be ordered as extra at a cost of €80 for the two gates.

Deposits for this offer are refundable for the month of July only. If you cancel within the month of July 2008 we will return your deposit in full, no questions asked.

Please note: If the ground is very soft or otherwise unsuitable (shrubs etc.) it may be necessary to quote for the preparation of foundation. This will be quoted at cost price.

We do NOT handle or move electrical meters or other equipment or objects belonging to the customer or site owner. Please ensure the ground is clear for commencement of work.

Currently we do not service the treatment or staining of timber decking. The customer is responsible for caring for their decking. We do provide a printed guideline to customers with ideas for caring for decking.

Additional extended decking around the back and rear of your mobile can be ordered and priced separately. Please provide your specification. Email Kerry Decking.
